Amber is an Elko native who earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Utah State University, with dual minors in Sociology and Human Development. She then attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law before returning to Elko to begin her legal career.

Before joining McConnell Law in 2021, Amber worked for a local firm, gaining valuable experience in title and real estate law. She assisted with contracts, large ranch acquisitions, and title analysis, including the tracking and transfer of mineral, water, and agricultural rights.

Amber is licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada and primarily focuses on estate planning, business law, and real property matters. Her experience includes advising clients on commercial and residential land acquisitions, secured transactions, purchase and sale agreements, lease contracts, and title review—including mineral title and water rights. She also has experience in cannabis establishment licensing and compliance, as well as business and asset purchase and sale transactions.

Amber’s depth of knowledge in real estate and business law, combined with her local roots, allows her to provide practical, insightful legal counsel tailored to the unique needs of Northern Nevada.
